That’s a Lot of Crab!

#Garibaldi Days is the last weekend of July every year. And for that amazing three days, the little fishing village of Garibaldi comes alive! Vendor booths, food court, live bands, a parade, and even a wine tasting and auction at the museum. What a wonderful place to be this time of year.

Garibaldi so often gets missed because it is small, and for most people it’s just another turn in the road to where they’re going. And on the Oregon coast they’re usually going to Tillamook, Newport Beach, Lincoln City, Cannon Beach, but rarely is Garibaldi their destination. In fact most people don’t even realize they’ve driven through it.

But the next time you drive between #Rockaway Beach and #Tillamook, take a moment to stop in Garibaldi which is in the middle. The best restaurant I’ve found yet sits on the edge of the bay in Garibaldi, a small but amazing place called #Pirates Cove. You won’t be sorry you stopped there!

If you missed Garibaldi Days this year, I hope you’ll come visit me there next year!
