The other night as I was falling asleep, I heard a man’s voice say, “I believe.”
I opened my eyes and looked around, but there was no one there. Did I really hear a voice? Or was it just in my head?
The next morning on my way to work, the radio station was playing the song, Too Late to Turn Back Now by Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose, with the words “I believe, I believe, I believe, I believe I’m falling in love…” streaming through my radio. It made me laugh.
And today I got an email notice from a local movie theater with this week’s movies. And guess what was at the top of the list? A movie titled Do You Believe? Really? Do you think Spirit is trying to get a message across to me?
Well, I’m going to the movie tonight and I’m sure it will be a good one.
We all believe in things. I believe in miracles and the kindness of a stranger. I believe in unconditional love and lasting friendships. I believe in God. And I believe in myself, and my capabilities, talents, and skills.
What do you believe in? And what action do you take to support your beliefs?
And, while you don’t know it yet, the book I mentioned to you this weekend is about Believing in Miracles. “We Believe” is the motto of the Miracle Network. You must come play, Sherry! S
