Change is Good

Nature’s consistency is awe-inspiring. Every autumn, the earth begins its cycle of release, rest, and replenishment.

I love the distinct four seasons in the northwest – the winter’s chill, spring’s rebirth, followed by the hot lazy days of summer.

We can take cues from nature to improve how we nurture our own lives. We can structure our day with periods of work, play, and relaxation. At evening time, we prepare for sleep by releasing the events of the day.

The trees undergo a major transformation every year with what appears to be little effort. In a similar way we accept the cycles in our lives.

We are in a constant state of rejuvenation. Think of the things you can do each day to release, rest, and rejuvenate for tomorrow.
